Colt II is in the House!
Hi All, I was so happy to have bought my Rolex, I decided to buy my brother a watch as well. We are super close & I wanted to give him something. He's always wanted a Breitling and admired the Colt a few yrs back. I found a cream one in pristine condition, & if bracelet is the actual bracelet, then the watch would be dated 2005. I gave it to him yesterday afternoon. He was speechless. That's the reaction I was going for. We were all sitting at the table having something to drink and chat while the kids were eating. I brought over the black bag I had the box in and I asked my nephew what his favourite colour was. He yells out yellow, which it is. LOL I pulled out the box and I asked him, is it this kind of yellow, again my 3.5yr old nephew yells out..yes. My brother is sitting there with a stupid grin on his face stunned. LOL I placed the box in front of him, kissed his cheek and told him to enjoy it. Thank goodness it fit PERFECT. The bracelet didn't have to be

New AD - Central NJ
For the TRFers in central NJ, a new Omega AD opened in Menlo Park Mall - Safa Jewelers. The guys there are really nice and they have pretty big selection. I think they just received their first shipment so it's a pretty neat to see everything in two cases. They happily let me try on any piece I wanted from the DSTOM to the RG Tresor. I'm not one promote ADs but these guys seem really down to earth and would welcome any of WISs. They were even gracious enough to give me an Omega hat!If you're in the area, I definitely recommend checking them out.

I love this watch very much. I would love to see it one day irl.afaik it is an extremely rare platinum piece but I would like to know more about the availability. On some forums I read they will make this watch 4 years, but a very few number per year. What is a few ? 50 per year ? 150 ? 250 ? 500 ?On other forums some people said it is impossible to get. They will dicontinue this platinum chronograph at basel 2009. I think the first examples were delivered half 2008.So this would mean less than 1 year production.I can't afford such a watch but I would LOVE to see one irl Will I ever get the chance to see one at the AD ?Thanks,L

Cyclops Size on GMT Series
Hi guys, was out with a bunch of friends the other day, and we all laid out our watches on the table. I noticed the date on my TT is much smaller than my friend's BLNR from the pic attached. My watch is dated 2015, while his is 2017. Anybody know the reason behind this? Did Rolex update the cyclops after 2015 or something? Thanks.
