Perrelet Turbine Hentai Erotic Limited Edition Watch
Perrelet has just announced a few limited edition erotic watches based on the original Turbine. These are done in a Japanese anime style, which is often referred to as "hentai" when it deals with pornographic or erotic art. This cartoon erotic art is quite popular and has origins going back to the 19th century or earlier. Using the spinning turbine concept on the dial, the images are placed on the dial and only really visible when the turbine (activated by wrist movement) is spinning quickly. The watches themselves are 44mm wide in DLC black coated steel or titanium. They have Perrelet automatic?? P-181 movements are are matched to a rubber strap. There are a total of 8 limited edition Turbine Erotic watches - and each will be limited to just 88 pieces. This means that each of the four dial styles is available with the DLC steel or titanium case. Despite the erotic nature of these watches, these are pretty tame by erotic (and hentai) standards. Though it is nice to see Perrelet being pl
Sinn EZM 10 Watch
This will be German Sinn's new flagship rough activity watch, and the tenth watch to bear the EZM title. I quite love this watch and further find it interesting that it is quite retro in design in comparison to where the EZM series was going. Though not like 1950's retro - which is a darn good thing. Nevertheless, the piece contains some great modern technology and will make Sinn fans and newbies to the brand alike want one."EZM" stands for "Einsatzzeitmesser" which means "mission timer." These are among Sinn's more serious pieces and have been delighting both collectors and the people that really need them for years. The release of a new EZM watch is always cause for pause. As of writing this article, the Sinn EZM 10 is still in "pre-official announcement mode." I will update this article with more details and images as they become available - so sorry for the fuzzy looking scan. The look and design of this watch feels like something out of the Lemania 5100 movement days. Even the move
AP ROO Lava (LE of 99) - Thoughts, Opinions?
Looking for a new AP and was wondering if anyone here had any personal experience with the AP Lava LE of 99. I've attached a pic for reference for those who have no idea what I'm talking about. For a do it all AP, do you think it's a bit flashy or too over the top? I've tried to find pics online, but it's hard to get a glimpse of what the watch looks like in real life. I'm a serial flipper and wonder if I should hold out for something else. I currently have a 42mm 26170 but really want something ceramic with an open caseback (possibly the diver). My wrists are 6.25 and really don't think I could move up to the 44mm (26400) which I think is stunning - apart from the size. I have an opportunity to pick one up for a good price, and wanted the input of fellow enthusiasts. Any thoughts?

Double Incoming - one outgoing.
Hi all,Been a while since I've posted about a new watch purchase but this has been a busy week so I thought I'd post about 2 new incoming watches.I was at Fourtane in Carmel recently trying on a few watches. I liked a lot of the watches I tried on but LOVED the TT Submariner 116613. I've never owned a TT watch and this one really spoke to me. The bezel and dial were just beautiful. I immediately put the wheels in motion and within a week I had traded my Blue Yachtmaster and some cash for a LNIB Sub from DavidSW.I've also been looking around for the new Seadweller 43 and found one this week for a decent price so pulled the trigger - sight unseen. Never even tried one on. So glad I did. This watch is awesome and will now be my daily. I already own a ND sub but, sadly, I think it must go. I don't think I'll need 2 dive watches.Anyway, here's a few pictures of my 2 new watches: Thanks for lookin!!!
