Royal Oak15300 issues
Hi all,New AP owner and have only had it for a month but have had some issues. When I first took it home I noticed it was running 17/s per MINUTE fast. Took it to my AD and they demagnetized it and it was running perfectly. Then it stopped once or twice because I don't think I wound it enough, and for the next few weeks all was well.I played golf today and a few hours later the watch stopped again. Except this time the rotor won't budge. The other times I just wound it and it started again, but the rotor isn't moving and although I can wind it manually is it not starting. I get the feeling the spring is getting old because it doesn't seem to hold much of a wind.Any idea what the issue might be? I'm going to bring it back to the AD on monday and may ask they cover a full AP service at this point (the warranty is with the AD not AP, and they said if I had other issues they would cover an AP service).
My new AP unveiled...
I've been wanting a forged carbon / ceramet AP since 2009. The lightness of carbon combined with the scratch resistance of ceramics is a killer combo. Top that off with the killer styling of the ROO line and you've got a winner. While there are now a number of Carbon/Ceramic ROOs, the 44mm watches are just too big for my 6.5 wrist. That leaves only one choice (for now)... presenting my 42mm AP Bumblebee!I'll post my impressions in a few days but I've already got some changes in mind.?In case anyone wants to name it, a la Sam, I'm thinking of naming it after Bruce Lee (love that yellow and black jumpsuit man!). Thanks for your patience in following my incoming thread!

No discount at established AD on SS Professional Models
Hello All!!! Got in touch with my AD yesterday ... inquired about a sea dweller 4K , Sub date LN and the hulk ...!!!Sea Dweller 4K and Sub date LN were in stock brand new if you can imagine and the hulk had to be ordered .Now I've already purchased 3 Rolex from this ADso I already have an established relationship... when I asked about pricing I got list price on all 3 pieces !!!! No concession whatsoever!!!! Needless to say I wasn't to happy ... Mind you I called , it wasn't a personal visit ... When I get home I plan on visiting the store in hopes for a change of mind on my Jewelers part.... What is it ? I got a decent discount on all my other Rolex... Is it the market right now on the professional series models especially the SS??? I mean the Sea Dweller 4K at list I might understand cause it's discontinued ... Should I expect a discount on the Sea Dweller 4K? What about the Sub Date LN? Hulk needs to be ordered anyway.... Share your thoughts with me... This is the same AD I got my B
