AP 26470 Vampire
Hi!I had a friend visit me last night and I had no idea he was into his watches. (He moved away years ago and it was a surprise visit)It was only when I looked at his wrist and saw a Royal Oak Offshore that we started talking about watches. I think it's a Vampire, does anyone here know anymore about this or have one? I tried it on and surprisingly I really liked the way it looked on wrist a lot. I don't have any out and out sports watch like that and always dismissed them before as being too brash. There seems to be endless variations of the watch, it's the black face with red markers that do it for me.
Rose gold 15400 on rubber? Or go for YM Rolex?
Seen a few pics of the rose gold 15400 on rubber. Is this an option offered by AP or after market? Anyone have any expierncd with this combo?Looking to downsize the collection a bit and sell off a few grand seikos I have to fund either of these:
Omega XXL
Hi guys,im not new to the Rolex groups but am to the Omega section... a friend gave me a omega railmaster xxl wind up version for a birthday present about five years ago from a jewelers in London, i've never worn it and never seen one about on my travels. As anyone in the group got one if so what do you reckon?? Regards,
Production numbers for the 5165A?
Hey,I was just wondering, does anybody have an educated guess of approximately how many Patek 5165 were produced during its very short production run?I've seen a lot of misinformation about this watch, such as the numbers do not have luminous like the 5167 And the dial is flat black, not somewhat iridescent like the 5167 (both not true). I think people just haven't seen enough of them.I know most people like the 40mm 5167 better, and I respect that- but for me, the 5165 is the perfect size and I prefer the updated look of the 5165 over the old 5065 (which I also love). So, any guesses?
Oysterflex White Gold Daytona on Grey Leather
Was thinking it might be nice to have the option. Unclear as to what it would look like I decided to make a mockup for a bit of fun. I thought grey to match the steel dial might be cool. Now thinking black might be better. Will make that one tomorrow.Enjoy
