Zenith Teams With NBA Stars At Summer Groove ’09
Zenith was a proud sponsor of the 13th Annual Summer Groove benefit dinner held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida on July 11th. Hosted by NBA stars Alonzo Mourning and Dwyane Wade, the Summer Groove is a festive five-day event that benefits Alonzo Mourning Charities and Wade's World Foundation. Actress Holly Robinson-Peete served as emcee of the benefit dinner. Attendees included Kenny Smith, Patrick Ewing, Rodney Peete and Jason Taylor. A live auction featured an 18k rose gold and steel men's Defy wristwatch donated by Zenith. Vintage Speedmaster
Hunting around today I was in a little shop and found this one. Never seen one with this big a case. Guys says it's one of the first Speedmaster's with a chrono complication. One of only a few thousand made. I was surprised at how thick and heavy the case was. A real beast. Pics not the best but anyone know more about this one? Any info would be of interest.
