I've tried. Being the operative phrase. Had it about 2 weeks now. The funny thing is, the steel 514 is probably my most admired watch by others .. Ever. The oro rosso is a joy to behold live. Something I cannot put into wordsI was never the biggest Panerai fan, then they brought out the 50's case and then the 40's case.. The rest is history. One you like something, you like something. Does any WIS who has the early 16622 YM (platinum dial & bezel), also lust after the silver dial panda 116509 on a WG bracelet?They are both fairly monotone but rich in other ways.Personally, I feel the addition of a black cerachrom bezel in the future will lessen the impact.Regards

We were on a short flight from Panama City, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia yesterday.In our section of the plane, of about 6 rows, I spotted 1 yellow gold men's DayDate, 1 ladies stainless DateJust, 1 Daytona, 1 ladies yellow gold DayDate (my wife's), and my BLNR.I don't think I've ever seen that many Rolex outside an AD before.
