HourTime Watch Talk Podcast Is Here - About Us and A Trip to Japan
Hey guess what. You can hear me now (more often than just in review videos) in addition to reading me. John Biggs (of CrunchGearwatches-dealer and WristWatchReviewwatches-dealer) and I have started a new venture with the HourTime podcast show. We will be doing at least a couple of shows a month, talking about watches, between two watch guys. You'll be able to submit questions, comments, and of course topic requests. Premier 777 original dial?
Hi all. I only have an appropriate sized file of the dial. I bought this watch for 300, and it needs a staff and an overhaul, but still a great deal. My question is, does this dial look okay or is it refinished? I'm suspicious of the minute track running through the subdials. Most I've seen have subdials without any other dial clutter. Thanks in advance!

My Very Frist Omega (Don't hate me Rolex)
It's kind of like a Ford guy buying a Chevy for the first time...My very first Omega came via UPS today It is a Seamaster Planet Ocean XL.Orange Bezel & Orange 12/6/9.Black Omega Rubber Strap w/ Deployment Clasp w/ Orange Stitching.And man did I have a surprise: I thought I was buying the watch pre-loved... but when this baby showed up, it was sealed! All stickers were still in place including the seal over the crystal... the red dot is also still in place on the caseback...In addition, the warrany card has 2011 embossed in it, but the date is open, any suggestions if I should fill in the date or not???No wrist shot yet, because I don't want to take off the plastics... haha Anway, I will wear it for a bit, and then probably sell it to fund another Rolex... but I must say, I am loving it!!! The size is so cool, just right for a guy like me (6'3)....

114270 or New Tudor 39mm?
Hear me out. My current collection consists of 16610 and 16570 Polar. Looking for my next watch and was set on the 114270... then Tudor introduced the 39mm BB. I used to have the 41mm red rose and sold it because it was too big and bulky for my small wrist. I love it, though.My only requirement is a simple dial for my next watch, and now I am torn! What would you do? Thanks!
