New from Parmigiani: Two Wristwatches Inspired by the Past
Parmigiani Fleurier has unveiled two new limited-edition wristwatches inspired by antique pocketwatches from a collection owned by Parmigiani Fleurier's parent, the Sandoz Foundation. Both wristwatches are part of Parmigiani's Toric collection. Find images, prices and wallpaper inside. The pocketwatches that inspired the new wristwatches are on view in New York at the well-known vintage-jewelry and Russian-art gallery �� La Vielle Russie. They are part of an exhibit called Mechanical Wonders, featuring 50 pieces from the Sandoz Collection, and running through Nov. 26. Watch lovers will be familiar with many of the items because they are normally on view at the famous Mus��e d'Horlogerie in Le Locle, Switzerland. The first new wristwatch has unusual telescopic hands that get longer or shorter as they rotate around the oval dial. Two questions on Seamaster 2254.50
Hi all,As above, below are the questions. I am just seeking some opionion as nobody knows what holds for the future.1) With the rising prices of omega new watches, do you think seamaster 2254.50 price will also in relative be brought up in price?2) If so, how much would you think it might be in 5 to 10 years time.Just seeking some ball park and estimate, I know it might not be accurate.But thanks.

SD43 vs 16710
I have a SD43. I like it, but i am drawn to the 16710 I used to own one but sold it. I now have the chanse of getting another 16710 for the SD43 with around 3000 Euros my way. The GMT is with certificate and in an almost unpolished condition. Looking at SD43 shortage discussions, red letters going away and price increases - would you do it? I would like the gmt more but I dont want to do anything stupid...
