Bulgari Octo Bi-Retro Steel Ceramic Watch
I discussed a little while ago about how Bulgari (Bvlgari) incorporated Gerald Genta, and Daniel Roth (brands it already owned) into the Bulgari brand. You can read all about that and see a video interview with Bulgari talking about it here. The first product of this digestive affair is this watch. Basically a re-branded Gerald Genta Octo Bi-Retro, that has a bit more Bulgari-ness to it. The overall shape and dimensions of the watch are the same, but styling has been "face-lifted" and injected with some of the Bulgari DNA. It feels like the outcome of a? mad scientist combing the DNA of multiple animals, err, I mean watch brands. Why must these men play god!? This horological Chimera is without true soul. Soon we will have an army of "Bvulgenta" and "Daniel Gari" watches all over the place.Clearly the Gerald Genta style fits? better with Bulgari, than does Daniel Roth. Found a Great Aftermarket Speedy Strap Option
Guys, I found a pretty good aftermarket strap option that I wanted to share. Like most I love the versatility & possibilities that the Speedy Pro offers when it comes to straps. HGTV show "Fixer Upper"
So my gf is watching the show fixer upper today and I came in to see. This guy Chip and his wife fix up houses for these couples. Besides for his wife being extremely hot, I had absolutely no interest in this show. Then I noticed he's wearing a 5-digit reference sub but he wears it backwards Long story short I ended up watching a couple episodes with her :) Does anyone else wear their watch this way?

Can the 16600 be fitted with new blue lume dial?
Hello RF, I asked this question in another thread, but it will be lost in there I suspect.I am new to the world of Rolex and have decided that the 16600 is the watch for me, I find it more comfortable to wear than the larger cased 114060 Sub.My question though: I really like the new blue lume that Rolex use. Has anyone had a 16600 SeaDweller serviced recently and know if the dial and hands can be replaced with the new blue lume?Thank you.
