Best way to changes straps / Bracelets
Gone a bit Breitling mad this week with several new editions. need top swap over several straps and just wondering if anyone has any tips for an easy switch out?
The Perfet Patek
In my humble opinion the 5159 is the perfect Patek. Why?It is a grand complication. It is an officers case. It's is in white gold.It is on a leather strap. It has the Calatrava deployment clasp. It's quite small. It has a vintage feel. All adding up to the ethos of what a Patek should be.
Geneva Salon
Does anyone have a contact email or know if they will have reduced hours between Christmas Day and New Years? I'll be traveling through the area and was hoping to check it out. I emailed PP customer service last week but didn't receive a response. Thanks!
Polishing a Nautilus and warranty
One of the hardships with keeping a Nautilus in full SS bracelet is the amount of scratches it attracts! I'm annoyed enough that I want to get it polished but it's years before recommended service through Patek proper. The alternative is to get it polished through a quality outside service center like Govberg. The issue is, if they do polishing - including the bezel, which I assume requires taking apart the case, does this essentially destroy the warranty that's still on the watch?
My 116710LN incoming
I've been waiting for my Black GMT Master II for a few weeks and it finally arrived yesterday. Had the local AD take out 1 link on the 6:00 side and voila!
