Frederique Constant Classic Moonphase Review
When Frederique Constant released the Classic Moonphase a few months ago, it seemed to turn a lot of heads. Staying true to the brand's philosophy of creating accessible luxury timepieces, the watch boasted a new in-house caliber (more of a variation, to be picky) and a decidedly Patek-y look for a relatively low price point. Coming in just below $4k, the watch offered a lot of value for an in-house movement, and an aesthetic that often costs an arm and a leg to obtain. It also showed off an eye-catching flip-open case back, which gave it some unexpected panache.The last time we reviewed an FC it was the spiritual cousin of this watch, the Slimline Moonphase, which used a similar movement, and achieved high points for style and finish. While the watch was a winner, one of the complaints a lot of people had about it was the 42mm diameter. Sell or keep? I need help to decide
Guys,I have new VC overseas chrono, and just having second thought about it... I'm patek lover and I just purchase this VC a few weeks to complete the holy trinity. Its somehow very similar to my Rolex Daytona. So should I keep or let go and just purchase to PP complications?What are your thoughts?Thanks!

New Watch, my first Patek!
Picked this guy up today, 5980 blue dial--my first Patek! I wanted something with a metal bracelet for my first Patek because I don't like wearing leather on a daily basis especially in the summer, and i've always been drawn to the Nautilus and especially the 5980. The fit and finish of this watch is outstanding, and I just love the blue dial and the way it seems to change colour in different light. I think the dial has a really clean look for a chrono and i'm glad to be able to add it to my collection! The only negative things I can say so far is the clasp seems a little 90s, and the rotor makes a little noise when it turns almost like a faint ratcheting sound. Not a big deal I guess, I think i've just been spoiled by the silent Rolex rotors. I asked the dealer about it and he said it was normal and i've also read that it's fairly common for the 5980 online as well. Anyways here is the customary wrist shot! Sky D Stick Dials Only?
Looking at the Rolex site, the only dials being shown are stick dials as far as I can tell. Are the Romans and Arabics really gone?

Rolex fine bone china?
Could anybody tell me if Rolex made fine bone china? I bought a relish dish that has the Rolex name and trademark crown on the bottom of the dish. This is a beautiful dish, white in color and trimmed in what looks to be gold. I can not find any info on the web. Any info would really help. Thank you.
