Vorque Constantine Review
In the last few years, we've seen a lot of sub $1,000 watches. Within those watches, we've seen a handful of movements, various level of finishing quality, original designs, off-the-shelf designs, homages, etc�� As time has gone on, what we look for in a watch has shifted away from straight "value", by which I mean watches that seemingly offer the most expensive components in the cheapest package, to watches that offer quality of concept, design and execution, supported by quality components. So, the latter might cost more for a watch with the same movement and a sapphire, but if it's offering more in terms of design and finishing; and in our eyes, it's worth it.So�� When I first saw photos of the Vorque Constantine, who are a new brand out of Singapore, saw the beautiful waffle-textured dial, and read that it was powered by an ETA 2824-2�� actually a gilted 2824, I anticipated a certain price. Landed and it hasn't left my wrist!
The 41mm Chronograph has been on my list for a while now and I was finally able to add it over the weekend...This piece checks a lot of boxes for me...- White dial Chronograph- A little bit bigger fit (compared to say a Daytona) - AP bracelet (I thought I liked the Bracelet on my Diver - this is beautiful)I already have found it extremely versatile and super comfortable!Also wanted to thank DavidSW for making another flawless deal come together!It's been a bit overcast here but a little wrist shot is in order

Anyone going to Basel?
I'll be in Zurich Monday to Thursday. Might have to make a day trip to Basel. Never been to the show. Do you have to be connected to get tickets or can anyone go?

Submariner 116610LN Certificate Card FONT STYLE?!
HelloI am about to give up my GMT-Master II in favor for a Submariner 116610LN. I have only seen pictures of the Sub so far (will of course take it to an AD before I buy it, if I will). So when looking at the picture of the certificate card I find that the Font used is not the same font I have on my certificate on my 116710. On the Sub's card the font looks more like Times new roman (see picture below) and on all other cards I've seen, the font is more like Arial?cert1.jpgWhat do you think about this? The watch is sold from AD in Greece in 2012 I believe. Does Rolex use different font's, sounds strange to me if so. Here is a picture of the Sub anyhow.
