The military inspired pieces – reminiscent of airplane cockpit instrumentation and early mil watches – are available in a time (with seconds) only or a multi-function version. ?The movement inside of each is a Seiko Instruments quartz movement, specifically the VD78.A quick look at the specs reveal a very moderate 38mm size with 20mm lugs and a mineral crystal. Water resistance is shallow at 50M, which is logical for a watch with pilot-styling. The watch has a number of options for the strap at purchase: NATO, canvas or cowhide leather options are available for each model. Which do you guys prefer as the best annual calendar complication in steel to get? 5726 vs 5960? I think the price is close though the 5960 is a little bit more because of the bulls eye chrono.Any thoughts?

Monday��s and ADs
I got the call this past Friday that my 116500LN had arrived. I have been on the list since last year and of course the call comes when I am out of the area. Regardless, the AD held it for me till Monday. It was a loonnng weekend to say the least. The staff helped make this experience one I'll always remember and I am thankful to have a great AD to do business with. For many reasons this purchase and it's timing were monumental, however to make it even better I also picked up a gift for my father. He and I have shared a passion for watches for many years and now in his retirement and this coming Father's Day, he will have his first Rolex.
