She said: "I Do"!!
...agree that you've been working very hard..So, I finally pulled the trigger on my grail piece. I've been staring at pictures of the piece for a few years...Posts, or pictures of this watch helped me to sleep for many nights.I'm so glad to be a part of the AP owners club and couldn't thank TRF /members enough for all the knowledge. Finally. ..
Does AP offer any diff color diver straps?
Anyone know if AP offers rubber diver straps in colors besides black?I know AP bands might... But id rather stick with a factory one. Thanks so much!
Two 5711s, 1.5 years apart, and look totally different.
Hey guys. I hope everyone is having a pleasant day.So I will make this story as short as possible.I hunted and purchased a brand new 5711 from a guy (now my good friend) in Singapore about 1.5 years ago.I love everything about the 5711, and that was why I decided to see if I would have a chance to get one with my name on the papers.I am primarily a vintage collector, and I would have loved for my few(and my favourite) modern watches to have my name on the papers as sentimental value when being passed down. Not a deal breaker, but it did not hurt to put my name down assuming I would never get called.Fast forward a long time later, I got the call.I had to pursue. The watch is purchased from my home town, and has my name on it. Previous would have a relative as a buyer, so not worried on that aspect.Quickly after strapping it on, I noticed it looked very different from my previous 5711. Equally beautiful, but totally different.Dial color is not as blue, more turquoise, sort of grey, a lot

As if I needed another reason to love the Aquanaut....
Hello everyone here on TRF! If you've spent any time at all here in the Patek Forum you are well aware of how owners of the Aquanaut truly love this watch. Being the owner of the 5164 (Travel Time) I put myself in that category as well. Much has already been said about the versatility of this model, so I won't presume to sing it's praises in that regard. But something interesting happened to me this weekend that gave me a whole new appreciation of the Aquanaut, so I thought I would share the story with all of you. This past Saturday night, the wife and I met up for dinner/drinks with a bunch of friends we haven't seen in a while. The evening was going great. The conversation was going and the drinks were flowing. Well, as the next round of cocktails arrived at the table, I could tell that our waiter was struggling. The tray used to bring the drinks to our table was off-balance and very unstable in his hands. One of the friends noticed the issue and tried to help by taking a cou
