Casio G-Shock 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Lightning Yellow Watches
Along with a host of other watches Casio releases the Lightning Yellow collection for the 30th Anniversary of Casio G-Shock. As they say, they intended to capture the "G-Shock toughness" in this shockingly?vivid color, and that "this collection seamlessly combines the legendary shock resistant structure with high performance functionality." That may very well be true, but for now, the only thing I feel in this ~110 Fahrenheit summer haze is the vibrant yellow color cunningly growing on me. I really do need something cool in this (almost) melting room - and one of these just might be it!The one sporting the latest design of the lot is to the left on the image below: the Casio G-Shock GDX6930E-9. Incoming SMP from Davidsw my first Omega
Incoming I have my very first (of many I am sure) Omega. I talked to Davidsw last week and told him what I was looking for and he has come through! I am sure I will be posting plenty of photos of my new baby once I get it. Thanks to all of you guys on here who helped me decide which speedmaster I wanted and for providing sound advice! James Cameron wearing a Deep Blue
So I've seen a number of threads on here about James Cameron and whether or not he wears or even owns a Deep Blue. Many have suggested he only has a sub (the one he bought after giving away his other one) that he wears. So tonight, we happened to be watching a documentary on Nat Geo about Titanic, and there was JC wearing a deep blue. The colors jumped out more on the big screen then the iPhone could capture, but it was def a deep blue. So I hope this settles the debate for a few.
