Trying something different this morning...
Da wife never warmed up to the white rubber on my Trulli. This morning she suggested putting it on the newly acquired Rubberclad. Here is the result - she maybe on to something here.
15300
Finally a nice day here in Chicago!!! I just love the way the 15300 looks in the sun!!
My SMP stopped working
I spent the last week in the Riviera Maya (had a GTG with Gerardo - topic of another thread) and decided to wear my SMP for the trip. The last evening, I was on my run and it stopped working! I played with it by changing the time, date, winding it, etc. to no avail. I had it serviced in early 2008, but it's been worn/running only about 6-months cumulatively since then. But even then the Explorer appealed to me. I have always like the Explorer for its simplicity. I view it as a hybrid, part sports watch, part dress watch. I am also a fan of the GMT and the Daytona, but in the former is too similar to the Sub and the latter too expensive. I admire the DJ, but prefer the versatility of the Explorer. It looks great under a tough jacket going on a walk through the woods, and at the same time looking great under a shir
