Any red flags here?
Thinking about buying this preowned conversion kit for my 15400. Seems really hard to detect fake stuff when dealing with plots, straps and such. Obviously the clasp is the biggest expense. Can anyone chime in on whether or not this all looks good?Thank you!
New Speedy incoming
Well they say every cloud has a silver lining. When my AD, Fraser Hart was forced to get rid of all their Omega Stock within 3 days, I was able to secure this Speedy date Automatic. I Should be picking it up in on Tuesday and the silver lining is I managed a huge discount of 25% as they needed rid of as many Omegas as Possible within that period.
5650g

Incoming: Sub ND (yesterday 3/29/18)!
Stopped by the AD last Friday to visit and have the 5512 appraised. I mentioned I'd never seen a modern (i.e. 114060) Sub ND, so my sales rep said she'd contact me when one came in. So, thought I was good for a viewing in a month or so.She called yesterday - Fedex had just delivered a ND and a Hulk (already sold). So I gave her a deposit over the phone, and left immediately for the store - Springer's in Portsmouth, NH.Brought it home. I guess the 5512 would be it's grandfather. Delighted to get it!
Thank you!
Just wanted to say thank you! I have been researching selling/trading my sub 16610 and found this site. Checked out the thread on Bobs (glad I read that)and another side by side thread with the new 116610. Turns out that I have exactly the watch I want! Guess what I am saying is thank you for your expert opinions. They helped tremendously!
