Carl F. Bucherer Manero AutoDate
This three-hand watch in vintage style is Carl F. Bucherer’s tribute to the 1960s – a decade that produced forms with lasting appeal. Back then, the simple, classical style of three-hand watches with smaller dials set new standards which remain important for the design of today's timepieces. Find pricing inside. The Manero AutoDate’s classic, straightforward design emphasizes functionality, which shows the essentials at a glance: the current time, and the date at 3 o'clock. The watch has a diameter of 38mm and incorporates the CFB 1965 automatic movement. The case, available in 18k rose gold or stainless steel, also offers a visually simple style. Review of the AP ROC QEII Cup LE
As some of you may know, I am a die hard PP collector/enthusiast. That's not to say I don't appreciate other brands...it's just simply where I choose to put my horological investment. So that being said, let me confess, it takes something pretty special from AP to really get my motor running. Over the years there's been a number of these special pieces from Le Brassus I have pined for...but until recently never acted upon. Back in the spring when I saw the press release for the Royal Oak chronograph QEII Cup limited edition, I thought to myself I have to have one! So after months of searching, hours spent surfing, etc...I finally have one. Let me just say the search was worth it in the end, this piece is truly amazing.Upon opening the box and seeing the watch for the first time, I immediately noticed how the metal had a somewhat of a muted grey-hue to it that clearly distinguished it from stainless steel. Also what stood out to me was the fact that the different finishes on the case ha
A Breitling Family Reuniion!!
I thought I'd share my Breitling Family with you. This is clearly one of my favorite brands to hold in my collection. Very versatile, they can be dressed up or down. They are not watches you feel you have to baby. I now introduce to you family: Avenger Sea Wolf (Yellow & Gray), Super Ocean Heritage, Super Ocean Steel Fish, & Super Ocean.
111
I have the chance to get a 111 from an AD. I tried one on a year ago when on holiday and was very keen, but memory can play tricks, so would like opinions as its 200 mile drive and they won't hold without a deposit. Any views both good and not so good welcome. Is it realistic to get a discount? Extra straps maybe? Are these easy or hard to come by?Thanks in advance
Please help me choose: Tudor vs Seiko
I want to purchase another watch tomorrow and it’s between these two. A vintage Tudor day date or a new seiko turtle. I currently have a submariner LV “hulk” and Im trying to decide on one of these. Which one would you choose? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
