My Argument For Rolex Watches Article On AskMen.com
I was asked to write an article making an "argument for Rolex watches." This was to be in response to an article which was an "argument against Rolex watches." Now, understand I didn't know what the argument against Rolex watches was going to be, so I simply needed to make a broad and effective argument in favor of the world's most ubiquitous luxury watch. For what ever you can say against Rolex, a ridiculous amount of owners and fans can't be that wrong. I wouldn't go so far as to say Rolex could be the only watch brand you need to look at, but they do have a lot of merit.Like I said, my argument was constructed for all types of people to understand. If you read the comments after the articles, some people got irked that my articles didn't delve deep into some of the more technical or historical aspects of the argument. I appreciate their sentiments, but they need to realize that the article was intended to appeal to people who didn't know or care about what was inside of a watch move

New Omega Speedy lost 7 minutes of time. Stopped overnight..
This is terrible. My soon to be wife surprised me with a new Speedmaster Professional two weeks ago. I noticed that it lost nearly ten minutes of time the other night. I had the flu or something like it and chalked it up to not wearing it or winding it. Well Monday I wake up and set it then fully wind it and go to work. Yesterday morning I wind it and wear it. I noticed it was seven minutes slow. I had just set it to my cell phone Monday morning as a marker of comparison. This morning it was stopped completely. It kept perfect time yesterday until I went to sleep around 11:30 last evening. I woke up this morning and checked it. It has stopped at 3:55 AM. I moved it and it started running again. It sets and winds smooth as silk. I just don't understand it. I'm not sure what to do. She purchased it online from what appears to be a reputable company. I simply would like a new watch which I don't think is unreasonable. They've informed me that I can return it then they will service it but
