Swatch Year Of The Horse Watch For 2014
Swatch has released a new limited production Year of the Horse (ref. SUOZ169) watch. According to the Chinese Zodiac, 2014 is the year of the horse, following the year of the snake, to be followed by the year of the goat. The watch elegantly introduces horse-themed art to a New Gent collection timepiece in what is perhaps one of the nicest (and most affordable) year of the horse-themed pieces we've seen yet.For year of the dragon in 2012, the watch industry made some pretty cool watches, because well let's face it, dragons are fantasy creatures made for interesting imagery. While horses are real, they are also the source of lots of legends and myths given their historical use and proximity to civilization. We fully expect to see a host of impressive year of the horse watches this year and Swatch is off to a nice start. The watch has a combination of black horse images on a white-colored case, dial and strap. Each horse is drawn in a way that is meant to resemble traditional Chinese art

Just Arrived: My first Patek....Yes, it's an another....
5167I'm at the next phase of my horological experience or WISdom. What's better than to celebrate with a Patek! Here are a few quick observation from wearing it for the last 6 hours:+40mm on 7 1/2 wrist = Perfection!+The chameleon black/grey dial is unreal. Must have looked at the dial over 100 times today but still don't know what time it is.+The swooshing sound from the rotor is music to my ears.+Is it strange that I was smelling the strap during a meeting?+I can forget the Surefire flashlight. The lume will be sufficient to light my way in the dark.+Already have small scratch on the bezel. Hallelujah, now that's over with I can enjoy this watch. Every watch should come pre-scratched!
I finally got it.
Hi, I've been reading this forum for awhile. I don't have a large watch collection but I have a few. Tag Heuer kirium, IWC aquatimer, & a Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine. Apx 3yrs ago I saw my first Aquanaut and loved it. Someone like me with smaller wrist this timepiece was perfect. I started reading about Patek Philippe and became so impressed with the company that I knew I had to get it. Well, yesterday became the day. I absolutely love it. It fits so perfectly and it feels great on the wrist. I love how light it is compared to the other watches I own. Here is a picture of it on my wrist.
Watches of Switzerland raided in London
https://.google.ie/amp/.dailym...jewellers.htmlThey seem to have targeted the Rolex counter. I hear all they were looking for was a SS Sports model but were 100th on the list
