Samsung Gear S Introduces Curved Screens To Smartwatches
Announced today, the Samsung Gear S smartwatch heralds in a few additional features and specs to the Korean electronic giant's quickly growing smartwatch collection of products. Samsung has taken a decidedly "un-Apple-like" approach to their development of smartwatches by releasing pretty much every iteration of their smartwatch products in fast succession, versus waiting and tweaking until they have what they feel is "just right." The approach has helped Samsung gain a lot of notoriety for being first in a lot of categories, but reviews and media response to their smartwatches are lukewarm at best in many instances.On the plus side, each new connected watch that Samsung releases appears to be an improvement on the last generation. Samsung's latest watch is the Gear S, which is due out in October 2014, and on the surface, it looks like a dream product. warranty vs gray dealer ???
ive been told by several people that i should look into buying my first AP from a gray dealer as they can give a huge discount. This would be my first luxury watch purchase, im wondering what the differences are in purchasing from a gray dealer as opposed to a AD or boutique. to my knowledge a grey dealer can offer a steep discount vs MSRP however voids the factory warranty. Is this correct?if some of you may please list a pros + / cons - list for purchasing from different vendors, would be greatly appreciated.. gray / AD / boutique.is the steep discount worth the non warranty? (if buying from the grey dealer offers no factory warranty)sorry if this is a noob question but i want to make the right decision when it comes to a purchase of this magnitude.

Need pricing help for 44 ROO RG ceramic
I think I'm going to take the plunge and buy one on the grey market. If you have one, what did you pay for yours? year + condition? I'm looking at new listings in the low 40s, high 30s, with gently used ones for slightly less in the high 30s. I'm waiting to hear back on a quote from a store in Boston that can beat the prices from every other store in the area. What do you think I should realistically haggle the price down to?

Speedy reduced service...
If you'll remember, I picked up this Speedy Auto a while back: (HERE).It was runnning way too fast and the lume was deteriorated pretty bad on the hands. For giggles, I got in touch with Dalton Toledo of ABC Watchworks to see if he'd be interested in tinkering with the infamous engine and give it a service...We talked cars for a while and then, being the gent that he is, he said send it in!Got it back a couple days ago. Would it surprise anyone that it's now running only 3 seconds off per day? It also has brand new hands and the pushers are alot friendlier to push. Subdials still not aligned perfectly, but they're notorious for that issue even when new...and this one's 20+ years old.Gotta give a thumbs-up to Dalton Toledo. Highly recommended.

Does anyone still own a flat blue (smurf) bluesey 116613?
I had one a while back before getting a new sunburst one. It seems like the flat blue bluesy was almost like a bad dream for Rolex and they corrected it in 2013.
