Cartier Calibre Watches
The big news from Cartier for 2010 is the Calibre collection of watches. While they did release a few impressive highly complex watches (not to mention a tourbillon version of the Calibre watch), those aren't going to be volume models. The Calibre will be a much more affordable timepiece with a fresh and modern look along with the Cartier name. As a thick layer of icing on the cake, the Calibre is named as such for having a Cartier in-house made movement. That's right. The jewelry brand can finally satisfy the connoisseur's need for exclusive in-house movements and the brand's famous style. Cartier has replaced traditional metallic springs with fiberglass springs
Cartier has replaced traditional metallic springs with fiberglass springs, a horological first. Seamaster Planet Ocean?
Hello everybody,I'm thinking to buy a Seamaster Planet Ocean with the orange leather Bracelet but don't know what size. I tried the Breitling Super Ocean Heritage who has a 46mm case and liked the size of the case! I would appreciate any input on rather to go with the 42mm case or the XL. Like I said before I liked the 46mm Breitling but never saw or tried the Omega XL (45mm) and since I probably will order the watch it would be nice to get your opinions especially how the sizes will feel at the wrist. If you could post pics of your Planet Ocean as well that would be awesome! Thanks a lot in advance
Broken screwdriver tip
Oh well it only took 3 weeks but I've managed to snap the tiny tip off the end of the screwdriver I'm assuming you can buy a new tip from Panerai as it can be removed or do you have other recommendations? What size is the tip? I've read it's 1.6mm.
Datejust 116200: how many turns of the stem to wind?
When you've not worn your Datejust for a few days and need to reset the time/date and wind the watch, how many turns of the stem do you usually do?
