The house of Versace fascinates the audience with its new Day Retrograde watch
The house of Versace fascinates the audience with its new Day Retrograde watch.Clothed in silver, blue or black, the dial of the new Day Retrograde watch demonstrates a standard three-hand layout. It is equipped with triangle-shaped hour-markers and Arabic numerals at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. The number at 12 o'clock gives way to a double date exhibition window. It is counterbalanced by a retrograde day indicator, presented at 6 o'clock.
My new ladies Speedmaster
I am very happy to present my first Omega timepiece that I just acquired.I am now another fortunate owner of a brand new ladies’ 38 mm Speedmaster, automatic chronograph, “grey-on-grey”, caliber 3304.Facts and specifications are all available on Omega website, and we all know the history. Therefore, I offer just an early, short and humble observation, to help you to decide for (or against) this timepiece. My strongest uncertainty was the size. My wrist is 6.2”, I am fairly tall, and I am happy to say that 38 mm feels like right dimension for the purpose. The watch is little over 14 mm thick, which is about the biggest thickness I think I should go for.Alligator strap with deployant clasp could not be more comfortable. Dial is in my opinion stunning. Every time I look at it, it changes color, and it is always nicer than before. It is very easy to read. I am a big fan of arabic numerals, and really fond of unassuming but definite presence of three small chronograph
Reorganization Thoughts
I've begun the process of clearing out some watches I don't wear. I'm working on selling my Victorinox Air Boss and Tag Heuer Aqua Racer. I'm also sadly selling off my two 39mm beauties. Ive already sold my Explorer and plan to sell my Railmaster. As much as I love them, I never seem to wear anything in 39mm. I feel like 40mm is the sweet spot for me and Rolex. So I'm thinking about getting rid of everything above including my 42mm Explorer 2 and adding one of the following to my white Milgauss: either a NIB black GMT Master 2 or a gently used Bluesy. The Bluesy or GMT would be my every day watch and the Milgauss would be the mix in. Both 40mm and both with polished center links, which I'm loving more and more.I'd love some feedback or thoughts before pulling the trigger. Thanks,MikeSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
116710 LN and BLNR Current Owners: Flipping Towards SS New Pepsi GMT?
With the new Pepsi GMT announced today wonder how many current SS GMTc owners (LN and BLNR versions) are selling their pieces to fund the new Pepsi GMT on jubilee? The new SS Pepsi is a beauty but untouchable for a couple of years, so looking forward to LN / BLNR prices on the market during the next few months! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
