How bad is it (scratches)?
Considering buying a Royal Oak but I heard horror stories regarding scratches. The bezel especially seems to be very critical. How bad do scratches look? On my IWC I don't mind as much as the bezel is pretty thin.

Are any Pateks discounted these days ?
Hi- I usually hate to ask these types of $ questions , however ...I am potentially interested in the now-discontinued 5205g .... as I am usually a sports watch guy (esp Rolex) and only just got into PP (5167a recent acquisition), I am used to you are fortunate if you get to pay MSRP . My question is, are PP ACs being discounted in the US? the 5205g in particular? If so, what should I shoot for? I have a strong relationship w my AD. So a crazy thing happened at a Rolex A.D. in Ottawa
Hi all, Went to pick up my 1680 Red Sub from an A.D. finally ready from being serviced after 9 weeks; they still have their own factory trained techs on site with quite a labratory. Not sure if I am allowed to mention names, so I won't, but I have to say they did a fantastic job. Well after picking up the watch, I decided to put a deposit on a brand new GMT BLNR! I was so nervous that my 1680 I had picked up began to feel very tight on my wrist, LOLThat being said, I guess I'll be able to start posting in The General Discussion section as well very soon! There is no promise date, but they believe the watch should be available by May 2018, which is fine with me.Cheers everyone
