Omega question.......
As a Rolex owner I must profess to not knowing a lot about current Omegas, although I do own an oldish (80's) Seamaster.I am very attracted to the Constellation line but need a bit of info, which I can't seem to find on the Omega website. Can anyone explain the difference between a Double Eagle and an ordinary mechanical Omega chronometer?I can see myself with one on my wrist before much longer, but need some insight, to help me make the right choice. Thanks, from the dark side........... And the Hulk makes 3. It is finally here!
I put a deposit on a 116610LV a couple of months ago and received a call on Monday that it was here. The wait was not bad at all. Really enjoying my collection of Submariners at the moment.
authentic Rolex watch back REF 15505 ?
unless told otherwise, I didn't think Rolex marked the outside of their watchcase backs with Stainless Steel, however this is apparently a authentic Rolex watch case back REF 15505
Half-Link for Perfect SubC Bracelet Fit?
I found the half-link of the SS SubC bracelet key to centering the long clasp on the bottom of my small wrist. I've read that half-links are not standard on the TT and PM SubC bracelets but are, instead, extra cost items that can be ordered from Rolex. If that's true, then TT and PM SubC bracelets must be shorter (probably) or longer than SS SubC bracelets. For those who have owned either a TT or PM SubC (especially those with small wrists) have you found it more difficult to achieve a good fit than with an SS SubC?
