The Suunto Lumi: An Adventure Watch for Women From WatchReport.com
There aren't a lot of women's outdoor watches on the market. The problem is that plenty of women are obviously into hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, skiing, etc. and have just as much of a need for helpful instruments as men. The answer, therefore, is not to ignore women, but to design something both functional and feminine, like the new Suunto Lumi.Click on the above text for the full article at WatchReportwatches-dealer. Watch Spotting: Stan Wawrinka Wearing An Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph WHILE Winnin
While the big news in the watch/tennis world over the past 10 days has been Nadal's newest ultra-light-weight, $800,000 Richard Mille Tourbillon, it wasn't this mega watch, or even Djokovic's Seiko Astron, that was seen as the championship trophy was hoisted yesterday at Roland Garros. Nay, it was an Audemars Piguet, and it was the wrist of Swiss-born Stan Wawrinka. 1 OF 3 What is even more is that Stan didn't just put his AP – A Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph in Steel (reference 26470ST) – on after he won, but he actually wore the watch while playing! This AP is a big watch, not a featherweight like the Nadal tourbillon, which makes it even cooler. You can read more about this watch here. Serena Williams Also Wearing An AP After Winning The French Open 2 OF 3 Stan Wawrinka wasn't the only friend of AP to emerge victorious at the French Open – Serena Williams won the women's title and when accepting the trophy

Date wheel question
I was winding/setting a DJ yesterday from stopped and do I want I usually do and set the hands to 6. In this case I wound back, can’t remember why but I did. The date reversed. At the 6 I decided to set the date first. As I proceeded I felt the gear in what I assume was a clutch position, it wasn’t engaged, I felt resistance. I stopped and wound forward, knowing I was at the 6am and date did not change. I carried on with the hands and it proceeded to click solidly at the 12am date change but only after an additional 24 hr revolution. All is good now, date wheel was changing as it should too. Question is, what happened originally, was it because I wound back and the date mechanism wasn’t fully engaged by winding back to 6am? Just curious to learn for the future.
