Omega Strap
Looking for a strap for my Omega deep blue 166.073,it's at STS (swiss time services) atm which is the UK's vintage Omega service centre, would like a leather strap in keeping with it's age 70s,do Omega have a strap cataloge?I've tried looking but can't find one,and would I need to go though an AD to order a strap? I prefer to stay with Omega for the strap so any help in choosing a suitable strap would be good,oh and I guess they no longer sell the vintage buckles on the strap so that would have to be used? thanks
Pam 1523
Looking to get into the world of Panerai, but like several other posters here, have a smaller wrist. I like the style on the PAM 1523 and was wondering if anybody had the dimensions of the watch, namely lug-to-lug and thickness.thanks in advance
249 versus 448
I have been buying Panerai watches since 2005 and have three in my collection (104, 233 and 372) and was considering a forth. I've been looking at the 249 and 448 which I really like and would diversify my collection a bit. While very similar, I've noticed that prices for the 249 are quite a bit higher than 448 even though the 448 is more limited in numbers and has the in house 3000 movement. I can't really figure out why this would be the case and wondered what your thoughts were and any advise on the matter...
Bottom Feeder
It is so Great for a Bottom Feeder like me to grab an occasional scrap that comes my way. Some of you folks are in a unique position to buy a Rolex like I would buy a pair of shoes. Thank you so much for sharing your Beautiful Watch purchases with the rest of us. For some of us buying a Rolex is a once in a life time event. So many thanks for your inputs, that help us in our decision makingas we do not have the luxury of buying another if we make a mistake !
