watches-dealer Reader Joins Us For Watch Weekend In Los Angeles
Recently, watches-dealer reader Griffin C. from Chicago, Illinois, joined me here in Los Angeles for a few days of geeking-out watchnerd-style and to attend The World's Most Expensive Watches book party with us. This was a result of Griffin winning a giveaway prize early in the year that we had intended to experience with him over the summer. Audemars Piguet Homage
Sorry for all the homage posts, but I'm desperately trying to remember the brand name of a AP RO homage maker. I'm pretty sure it was Dutch. If I remember correctly the watches were pretty good. Thanks,PrezTHANK YOU FOR NOT FLAMING
Speedmaster Triple Date
So, what is the deal with these Triple Date watches?Nice looking watches and lots of complications for the price, but are they reliable? Are they tough to maintain? Also, it would be an occasional watch in the rotation and is it a pain to reset if it runs out of steam?Any input appreciated from the Omega community. Thanks!
UK insurance
Hi,I am changing my home insurance in a couple of months. At the moment I'm not fully covered since buying my 5146. Also I should be getting a 5711 in dec.I notice that it's not easy getting home contents insurance to cover single value items over 15000. What do those of you in the UK do?
Paul Pierce Commemorative Watch
When Paul's number was retired on Sunday, the Celtics gifted him a Rolex. He took a peak on the floor, closed the box and handed it to his wife...I want to know what was in the box!! Was it a personalized Hulk? If anyone has an answer, please shed some light!
