Omega Speedmaster should the large second hand always be running?
Hello, I have finally decided on the Speedmaster, 38mm. Could someone tell me if the large second hand should always be activated or only running when you are using the chronograph to time something. I have heard that you should only run the large second hand when you are time something but I have also heard it doesn't matter and running the large second hand all the time will not harm the watch. Would you buy a Speedy Pro that had a dial and hands conversion to look like a Mitsukoshi? I have the opportunity to buy one and just curious what others think about it since it would be a conversion and not an original. Price would be adjusted as well. Thanks
