The Vacheron Constantin Harmony Tourbillon Chronograph, With "Dragging" 45-Minute Chronogr
Vacheron Constantin's Harmony line drew praise after revealing the thinnest self-winding split-seconds mono-pusher chronograph a month ago. Then it drew more praise with its mono-pusher doctor's chronograph, which employed similar technical innovation on a more reserved scale. All together, this collection of new calibers took seven years of research and development, and you can bet that a decent chunk of that went to coupling the improved chronograph with an improved tourbillon.Vacheron's new Tourbillon Chronograph utilizes the same 42 mm cushion-shaped case as the other pieces of the Harmony collection. From a design perspective, it is difficult to successfully evoke a 1920's motif in a 21st-century watch, but the manufacture has done a good job in this respect. 1 OF 3 On the dial, Vacheron has captured a particular old-school legibility in a contemporary way. AP for the wife...any input appreciated!
Well folks, the inevitable is about to happen. The wife likes my AP and wants one....so....happy wife happy life. She tried a few on yesterday but we both agreed that the 33mm range looked really good on her vs. the 37mm. She wasn't too thrilled with the diamond bezel but it was the best available model on display.I recommended her we check out the 67620ST which is a newer Quartz model. Any thoughts? It checks all the boxes for her including a rubber strap.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

3 Rolex plus cash for 5712?
I've been after another brand of watch for a while now after 10 years of only having Rolex. I initially looked at AP RO's but after trying them of have decided they are not for meAfter always aspiring to own a PP, I think now may be the time to take the plungeFinancially, I'd need to trade my LVc, BLNR and 114060 plus about 10-15k cash. This would leave me with Daytona C, Pespi and KermitAm I doing the right thing? I know it's ultimately my decision but I'd just appreciate some input from some like minded people (my friends and family could/t care less about watches )
