Ultra Cool, Ultra Rare Seiko Spectrum E-Ink Limited Edition Concept Watch Available: A Woman's Watch You Pretty Much Want To Wear
You don't have to think of yourself as "pretty girl" for wanting to adorn this awesome watch. For Basel 2007, Seiko unveiled this incredible watch bracelet to show off the power of what e-ink (electronic ink) will provide to watches in the near future. The demand for the watch resulted in a limited production of about 1000 priced at a stratospheric $5,000 (and above). Very few of these watches ever made it to the US. One of these Seiko Spectrum watches is available on eBay right now starting at $500. I am impressed.I had an opportunity to play with one of these watches at a Macy's Department Store here in San Francisco. The store clerk knew next to nothing about it, but that was ok, I knew what it was. He said that it was something special Seiko wanted the store to show off. It was actually tucked away. Seiko is a bit notorious for not giving great sales lectures to the people selling for them. Only in a perfect world, the people who sell watches as also people who love watches. I was
Swatch Womens Pro Trestles Surf Competition
When you think of Swatch, you think of plastic fashion watches, first and foremost. And if you're a WIS C or if you read our History of the Swatch Group?C you maybe think of the company that helped save the Swiss watch industry. But do you think lifestyle? Do you think of mountains and skiing? Does sun and surf occur to you? Bronzed athletic bodies performing amazing stunts while attached to boards sliding over water, frozen or liquid?I spent a few days in southern California to find out what #swatchlife was all about.Surfing, as you may know, is a lifestyle sport. And it's an international sport like few others. Formula 1, golf, tennis C and a few others qualify. Unfortunately, they don't take place in the gorgeous surroundings surfing does. Warm weather, green water, white sand, bikini-clad women. Yeah, surfing kinda scratches the itch. And so it was that I found myself on San Onofre State Beach near San Clemente. The ASP Women's Pro Tour joined the Men at the fabled surf spot known as

Spontaneous Hulk buy and possible temporary regret.
So, let me start by saying the hulk was on my eventual shopping list. I had every intention of buying a dd36 (champagne with sticks) this year. This past week I was given the opportunity to get a hulk from my ad, so I jumped on it. I'm not going to lie, I knew I eventually wanted one, and got caught up in the hype of limited supply and it being discontinued, and all the other stuff I know I should not let swing my decision. The punchline is, I'm not going to be able to afford the dd36 this year. Now that the dust is settled I'm a little disappointed I have to wait at least another year to be ready for the DD. The hulk is awesome, but I was zeroed in on getting my grail. I know this is probably one those quit your crying moments, but I'd be curious what others would do. Do I dump the hulk and get the DD now, or enjoy the hulk and wait another 12-18 months for the DD (that is of course if life doesn't get in the way)Thanks for listening to me vent about this non-problem.
