Camo and Chrono: 7 Interesting Casio G-Shock Watches
Fans and?collectors of Casio G-Shock watches have seven more reasons to make room on their shelves and wrists. This year, the brand launched three new styles of Casio G-Shock watches an all-analog chronograph, an analog-digital chrono, and a military-style, camouflage-pattern all-digital model available in a total of seven new color schemes. The 3D Camo Print Camouflage series (Reference GDX6900CM) is the first G-Shock watch of its type released by Casio. It has a 3D camo pattern (available in tan or gray) printed on its case, strap, and plated dial. The watches are suitably huge (57 mm in diameter), but light (just 84 grams) and water-resistant to 200 meters. The watch includes an auto-LED “Super Illuminator” and a 10-year battery. Its array of useful functions includes a world timer, 1/100-second chronograph, countdown timer, and three multi-function alarms. The 3D Camo Series G-Shocks are priced at $150. The new GA310 G-Shocks, equipped with chronogra
Decisions...
So I need your advice, I currently have an AP ROO Elephant 26470ST that Im thinking of selling to get 2 Rolex (probably a Hulk and a DJII 18k black romans) and have some money left. And my decision is based on that the AP being a superb watch it is also very delicate, just thinking that I might ding the bezel (my other watches bang around the walls) will make the watch decrease its resell value, right now the AP is like new condition so wanna take advantage of that, but then I look at it and it is so nice that makes me think once, twice...infinite times about doing it...first world problems
Omega Speedmaster: Help
The amount of Speedmaster variations/model numbers are making my head spin. I've done plenty of looking, but can't seem to find a reference that has the following things:42mmHesalite crystalExhibition backDoes this Speedy exist? Any assistance would be appreciated.
Just got Speedy Reduced BACK!
Just picked up my Speedy Reduced from Omega Beverly Hills after a $530+tax service. Got a new crystal, new push buttons, new bracelet pins and a new two year warranty. Along the way, the bracelet and watch got a complete overhaul and polish and they actually managed to take out a few nicks on the bezel...Too bad I didn't take any before photos and there is no use for the after as the watch looks essentially new. Had the watch since 1997 and never had a service until it started to run about +30Sec a day...now its about +3sec (checked this morning)....Happy Omega camper today and once again, the watch brings a smile to my face after all these years...
570 vs. 2508
Both use the 27SC movement, both are beautiful, but there isn't much info on the 2508. I love both of these watches and am wondering which you all prefer and why? All things being equal, sweep seconds, metal, etc.. which is more valuable? Thanks!
