Tissot T-Race Nicky Hayden 2010 Limited Edition Watch
Tissot has a goal to always be associated with the racing circuit in America. Other brands follow things like Formula One and other types of motor sports that people in the US don't really pay attention to. Tissot has been partnered with NASCAR (click here to read about their Danica Patrick watch), showing that it was quite interested to align itself with racing events that Americans might actually be interested it. In watch world gospel, "to be associated with popular sport, is to enjoy increased sales." In the same spirit, here is the newest version of the Tissot T-Race Nicky Hayden watch for 2010. The latest limited edition piece for the star motorcycle racer.Limited to 4999 pieces, the T-Race Nicky Hayden 2010 is an interesting piece that shows how the T-Race is maturing gracefully. Before Tissot redoes the design (which I think will come soon), this is their stock watch used as a base for its motor sports limited edition pieces. The case bezel and crown guard is meant to resemble

Titanium PO 8500 - A Stout Fellow
While I try to decide between getting a new Sea-Dweller and a DSSD, I decided I had to fill another gap in my collection - the blue dial watch. I've always wanted a watch with a blue dial, but never had one.I've been lusting after the 42mm Titanium PO ever since it was introduced, and I finally had the opportunity pick one up. (Thanks to TRF trusted seller Mosco, what a great transaction!)I had tried it on a few times before buying it and loved it. A stout fellow indeed, the case is thick as everyone says, but in titanium it doesn't seem top-heavy because it is so light. I love the 8500 movement, and the blue of the dial and bezel is just beautiful, not to mention it has that liquidmetal coolness going on.But what good is a thread without pics? Here are a few I took in the light booth at work, and a few wristies from around the city this weekend. Say hello
This is why I "roll" with plastics on!!!
Today is Christmas and it was my lucky day I had waited for over a week to wrap my exhaust with DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap. Its a pretty hard job, especially doing it under the seat, but I'm happy with my first attempt. It took me about 2-3 hours to do the job.So I was pretty proud of my workmanship and I thought I'd go down to the lake and take a few photos. The photos went well as shown below.........Wrap-Rolex3-25-12-17.jpgWrap-Rolex2-25-12-17.jpgWrap-Rolex1-25-12-17.jpg However...........after I took the photos I forgot to put my watch back on my wrist and rode my bike home (2 miles) with the watch still sitting on my bike's ankle guard....I honestly forgot all about my DateJust41 and I was riding at up to 50 mph and riding around corners...It wasn't until I got home and took another look at my handiwork on the exhaust wrap that I noticed my watch still sitting on my bike Luckily my DJ41 had the plastics still on and now I'm feeling great, instead of going crazy, wondering how I co
16618 help needed!
A buddy of mine recently purchased this watch. We got together to check it out today, and there are a few puzzling things, especially with the bracelet. Serial x745xxx. On the inside of the end links it is stamped 46b. There are no stamps on the back of the bracelet, like on some other watches. I'm fairly certain the links screws have been tack welded in with gold. I'm also confused about the back of the case being stamped 18k. The magnification of the date is magnified, but not prominent either. This is my first hands on with a full 18k watch. Is it right, or do I have to break horrific news to my friend?
