Constellation Vs. Seamaster
I have always bought Constellations but Seamasters seem to be more popular. Curious as to reason why?

hi, a buddy of mine is considering getting the speedy pro cal.1861. i just looked at omega's web site - and it looks like the subdials are green. have they changed the dial recently on this classic?
Pam 689 or 688 advise needed please
HelloAm new to this forum and would like to have some advise and honest opinion please:I am a male 47 yrs and am interested in purchasing Panerai Pam 689, the blue dial in 44mm but due to my small wrist measuring around 5.75 inches, am concerned if it would look good on me or else go for the Pam 688 42mmWhich is a better looking, Pam 688 or Pam 689 if price is not an issue? Please advise. ThanksAm attaching pic of the 689 which I wore on the Boutique. The strap is big for me but the manager told me that he would get me a shorter strapI haven't got the chance to see and try out the Pam 688
Portofino
Hey everyone!Has anyone been to the Florence Italy boutique? Ill be there in 3 weeks and wanted to see if anyone had anything to say about it... Ill hopefully be picking up my first Panerai (PAM000) and a few straps. So I was wondering what to maybe expect going straight to the PAM motherland instead of an AD or US boutique. Think they would offer any discount to get the ''tourist'' to buy a watch?Or perhaps a multi watch deal? (if the price is right a friend of mine might have me pick up one for him also)thanks everyone.
New or Pre-Owned?
Hi all,I have no doubt this has been covered but can't seem to find in a quick search. I am now in a position and committed to buying my first Rolex. I have decided on a Submariner but with only two AD's here in New Zealand I am somewhat restricted with supply. My initial choice is the 116610LN which retails at $12,100NZD but comes down to $10,800 if I take advantage of picking up at airport when I go on holiday (tax off). However the wait time is around 6 months. I am off to the States in Feb and have came across Bobs Watches who offer a large selection of Pre Owned watches. For the same money as the above I can secure a two tone 16803 (1985/6 model) which looks stunning and as good as the current model at twice the money. What are your thoughts on buying a 20 year old watch in comparison to a brand new one? Thanks in advance for all comments.
