AP 15305 vs 15407 Openworked which one?
Assuming you like the skeletonized model..I am interested in hearing which one you would select. Each might have a favorite gold vs steel but lets leave this out of the equation as both come in gold and steel The pluses and minuses of each.. as I see itNew release 15407 vs current soon to be retired 15305 41mm vs 39mm - 15407- second balance wheel- perhaps more accurate, less power reserve, appearance of the gold color of this addition --- more contrast to skeleton but less symmetry and perhaps distracting to rest of dial?15407 better contrast of hands-time tick marks15407 higher cost

Should I consider to trade my quit new Audemars P. 15300 (some years old) with the inhouse 3120 with a Patek P. 5196 (hand-w. cal.215, 12years old, good cond.)?Which one do you prefer to keep/own?Which one is more useful?COMPARISON:AP: Steel, special design, newer, new movement, date, autom., central second hand.PP: Gold, traditional design, older model, old movement, non-date, hand-w., sub second hand.
Patek 5712 help
Looking at spending around $30 k on a 5712. Do I go older/newer? S/s or white gold ? rubber or leather? (as the actress said to the bishop). I had originally been looking at a 5146g or 5396g but the Nautilus really grew on me as I was searching. I guess I find it hard to spend $30 k on a s/s and rubber watch. All thoughts welcome (except the member who tells me to do my own research everytime I ask a question!)
Datejust Dial Swap
Anyone know the current cost to have a service and dial swapped by Rolex Service center, including the new dial? Does Rolex keep your old dial?
