From DNR to Dominant World Power: A History of the Swatch Group
Vintage watches are a hot topic these days. All you need to do is spend some time on Instagram, in the Facebook watch groups, or any number of high profile blogs (including worn&wound) to see incredible examples of horological art and function from decades ago. Part of the reason these watches are a hot topic is the fascinating history behind them. 3rd year warranty question
Hi Everyone,I'm getting ready to send my 15400 to Clearwater to get my pressure test for my extra warranty year. I've only had the watch a month and hate to see it go, but figured it's worth it. -I'm sending UPS 2nd day insured and including my warranty book. - I registered the watch online. Am I missing any other steps? What's a typical turnaround time? Also I need a 1.5 link so I was going to include a note to purchase one and have it installed. Will they be able todo that?Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Moon Watch bracelet flex?
I have an Omega Moon Watch I purchased while in high school in 1976. When held sideways, the bracelet hangs about an inch below the bezel.
Why I am wearing a Timex
I am treating myself to a Hulk, for Christmas. It will be a while til I can memorize 116610LV like you folks. It is wrapped and under the tree. I just received an Email yesterday from Mable and Michael Young informing me that my bracelet that goes with my Sub 5513 is in their possession in Hong Kong. So, If I want to know the Time I am back to my Timex Expedition. Many thanks to the folks on this forum with their vast experience of all things Rolex and their willingness to share it with the uninformed (ME) !
