Marvin Malton Cushion Watch Winner Follow-Up Review
Thanks to Victor M. of Raleigh, North Carolina for this thorough follow-up review of a Marvin Malton Cushion watch he was the lucky winner of during the September 2012 aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer monthly watch giveaway. The giveaway specified an M119 watch, but it looks like he was able to get an M120 Limited Edition model instead (similar but with different dial). Check out his details reviews below:I recently received the Marvin M120 Limited Edition watch, having won the contest held by our host here at aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer, Mr. Ariel Adams.A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE MARVIN MALTON CUSHION COLLECTIONAs Mr. Adams mentioned back when he first covered the M119 introduction, The M118, 119 and 120 series are the first in Marvin's Malton Cushion cases. If you could have just one....
If you could have just one AP and one Rolex (or other brand) what would you choose? Having a debate/discussion with a friend and we have a differing of opinion and I would like to see your comments... Oh boy this should be interesting...
Gotta love that tapisserie
One of these days I'll have to bust out the macro lens (maybe tomorrow!) and get some closeups of this dial, but even the iphone can capture the beauty of this watch.
The 38mm Transocean
Is a sleeper. An elegant, oh so wearable watch...and a fair value, too...Sensible proportions...dressy but still adventurous...The more I wear it, the more I like it.And that, I think, is the mark of a watch that's a pleasure to own.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
3570.50 or 3574.51
So I am about to purchase my first speedy pro and I have the opportunity to buy a new 3574.51 or a slightly used 3570.50. Which one would you guys get?I know that they are essentially the same minus the caseback, but I still can't decide. I kind of like the original plus that one is at a jeweler that will take a decent trade price on my 2538.20 great white. If I go with the 3574.50 then I need to wait and sell my great white for a decent price. Also is there a way to check when the watch was made with the serial number?thanks for any advice
