Update Your watches-dealer E-mail Or RSS Subscription
For those of you who enjoy watches-dealer articles sent to your e-mail address each day or via RSS, you may need to update your subscription. Why? Well when we moved over from aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer, the new domain created a new RSS feed that we aren't totally sure permanently transferred over to watches-dealer. For the time being anyone who subscribed to aBlogtoRead got all the new watches-dealer content, but we aren't totally convinced it will remain that way after November 2012. You know how these things are.To be safe, those who want to continue to received watches-dealer articles via e-mail each day should use the form below to resubscribe. In the event there is an issue and you are double subscribed, you can always unsubscribe (link at the bottom of the incoming e-mails).Enter your email address: Those of you who read watches-dealer via RSS also may need to update their feeds. The skeleton pods is a very interesting design on a Patek watch element
On the case are proofreaders for calendar information. Watch a profile of the watch that you can say that this is not any which case of Patek Philippe Watches. For the first time (that I noticed), the pods are skeleton. A very interesting design on a Patek watch element. Another detail is the establishment of a small diamond on the case between the lugs at 06. The shows it attached to a black alligator strap and comes with a matching Platinum deployment clasp. Quite impressive exhibit which step to become a desired to collect in the years to come.
Railmaster '57 Trilogy - can I swim....?
Never posted on the Omega forum (I've owned a couple of Rolex) but I currently find myself seriously considering one of:Seamaster 300 modernSeamaster 300 '57Railmaster modernRailmaster '57Firstly, I welcome any views or experience from owners or enthusiasts on any of the above. How do they compare in quality and fit & finish to a modern Rolex, perhaps something like an Explorer ?Secondly, I note that the Railmaster '57 has a quoted water resistance of 60m. I am not familiar with the conventions of Omega's depth rating - is this a rating that means you can comfortably swim and bathe or is it little more than splash proof ?I think I prefer the look of the Railmaster '57 to the Seamaster '57 but the depth rating is my main worry.
Incoming sometime this week!
I can't wait! It'll be my first PP.
Suggestions for 2nd Panerai
Hi guys! It's that time for me again...2014 was a good year at work, and it's time to spend some bucks on a new watch! I've had my PAM183 for a little over a year now, and I've really enjoyed it.For the most part, I've been a fan of minimal watches, but now I'm starting to consider something different. Here are some of my thoughts, although I'm very open to change:- I've never had a chrono- I value the GMT function- My wrist can handle a 47mm- I generally can't stomach the Luminor's crown guard, but it looks okay on the left-handersI was wondering if you guys could make suggestions for my second PAM? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts Thanks!
