Watches NEWS
AP Owners - Like your watch on a winder when it's not on your wrist?
Curious what the consensus is around here, or if there even is one. Do you let your APs run down when not on the wrist or keep them going on a winder? What's better in the end for service etc...
Omega Co-Axial Movements
Hi all, wondering whether someone could help me.I am aware that Omega prior to (and slightly during) the 21st century have used ETA movements but have since switched to Co-Axial movements. Are all co-axial movements in house? Are just some considered in house?Or are none whatsoever considered in house?Due to my family's history (my great grand father developed anti-magnetic technology for the British saving thousands of allied lives because their subs were previously being blown up from magnetic triggered mines) I am interested in buying an anti magnetic piece. I like the Milgauss but I already have a Rolex and would like to add an Omega to my collection. Would the movement within this watch be considered in house? .chrono24.au/omega/sea...-id4422875.htm

Anyone wear Nautilus every day?
Question for you one-watch Nautilus wearers, if there's any out there:Are there times you don't wear the Nautilus? Do you wear something else, or go wrist-commando?I've been debating getting a tool watch. Thoughts run from $400 Hamilton to $4,000 Sub. I just bought an AP Royal Oak moon phase, but that's hardly the tool watch I had in mind. And now that I'm wearing my Nautilus for the first time in the three days since I got the AP, I'm beginning to think I want Patek and nothing else. And believe me, that Royal Oak is a fabulous watch from every point of view. I'm not looking for advice here on which tool watch to get. Rather, I'm looking for thoughts on being a one watch (or one brand) guy if anyone out there can identify with that! As always, thanks in advance for responding to my inquiries (none of which have any bearing on the truly important things in life!) Just a hobby to enjoy when we can, right? Cheers!
Ask for advice on a brand new white gold ceramic Daytona 116519LN
Dear All,I just purchased a 116519LN during my trip in Germany at a prestigious AD one week ago.The oysterflex bracelet fit my wrist well and there is no need to change the bracelet during the purchase. To my utmost surprise, on close examination of the watch at home, I found that the screws and screw holes of the clasp have been scratched, likely by using incorrect sized screw driver.I can swear that I haven't touch the screws and screw holes at all, as there is no need to do so.I brought the watch to Rolex Service Center of Hong Kong and they suggested me to contact the AD for solution. What would you do if you were me?Thanks!Henry from Hong Kong
