Awesome Ernst Benz Chronoflite GMT Watch
This was easily one of my favorite watches of JCK Las Vegas and my current favorite Ernst Benz watch. I consider this to sort of be a Rolex Explorer II on steroids, the 47mm wide steel case size might have a bit to do with that. Of course the style is similar to the Explorer II as well, just look at the GMT hand and the 24 hour bezel. Ernst Benz probably doesn't like all the comparisons to the Rolex, but most of you will easily see that. Then Ernst Benz starts with its own style. They indicate that the watch is meant to be retro inspired, which is part of the style of the finish of the bi-directional rotating bezel. Actually, the bezel is not my favorite part of the watch, though I would easily live with it. I like how the numbers are engraved into the bezel and darkened, but I would have done the polish on the metal a bit differently - minor point though. The beauty of the watch is in the large textured dial and very easy to read face. You can see that there is a nice circular texturin
Dress watch recommendation
Hello,Looking to buy a nice dress watch to complement a sportier VC Overseas Deepstream Dual Time.My main options at the moment are:- Jaeger-LeCoultre Duometre Luminaire in rose gold- Patek Philippe 5146G with grey dial in white goldPrimary use would be as a daily driver to work, although may also dress down with jeans a a T-Shirt. Leaning towards the 5146G at the moment as it seems more versatile but there's just something about the JLC.Are there other options I should consider?

Do you think the 44mm ROO will Replace the 42mm ROO and why?
there has been some talk around the forum that the all new AP ROO 44mm is going to one day replace the 42mm ROO.i wanted to get everyone's take on this? I personally think the 42mm is a classic and around to stay. AP needs different choices for different clients. If they eliminate the 42mm, then what about those people who prefer smaller sized watches? But then again it still kind of confuses me because we are only talking about 2mm larger here which is not much.. Because the new ceramic rolex submariner is slightly larger than the older counter part.. rolex wanted to beef up the sub a bit so they got rid of the older size.on the other side, rolex still kept the daydate once they launched the daydate II..Im just comparing to other watch houses and trying to see the trend if there is one? Maybe Rolex isn't a good company to compare AP to as rolex watches have never been as large as AP Roo's to begin with. AP Roos have always been known to be larger watchesI guess if I compare it rolex th
