Bremont Introduces the Terra Nova, MBIII and Boeing Collaboration
Bremont is a brand that hasn't gotten enough coverage here on worn&wound. It's not that we don't like British watchmaker; on the contrary, we're big fans of a number of their watches (the MBII and the Supermarine are two exceptional feats of engineering). But with their entry-level pieces going for anywhere between four and five thousand dollars, Bremont is priced higher than most of the brands we focus on. That said, as with other brands that offer something exceptional at the price, whether in terms of construction, movement, style, etc, Bremont's chronometers (they are all certified, after all) are something to behold, and worthwhile aspirational pieces. This year at BaselWorld 2014, they unveiled a handful of watches that majorly impressed, ending up as one of the highlights of the show as a whole.Bremont Boeing Model 1 + 247First up is Bremont's collaboration with aerospace giant, Boeing. I can see you rolling your eyes, but trust us; this collaboration is not a shallow market
I need some 44mm ROO input guys...
I am in a quandary over the ROO 44mm in ceramic with the anthracite dial! To begin, I have ALWAYS thought this piece was killer ever since I first saw the pictures of it upon it's release. Now, with some of the members buying them and (kindly I might add) sharing wrist shots of them...I find myself obsessed. I have yet to see one in person, but honestly with all these terrific wrist shots...I feel like I have! Now let's back up 6-7 months ago and let me state I did already own the ROO 44mm ceramic but the one with the black dial. I actually bought the piece pre-owned (only one I have ever seen as such by the way) and therefore was able to wear it and move on without getting killed. To me though, the black dial ceramic piece and the forged carbon piece looked too similar and as such I couldn't see the $6-7K price difference between the two. However this anthracite dial watch is a whole different animal! So I know you guys that have picked one up obviously love it other wise you wouldn't
Limited Edition Speedmaster
I saw this in a watch magazine yesterday. I haven't seen any posts about it on the forum yet. Just wanted to share and get your thoughts. Really cool look IMO.

When is a TT more attractive then full PM?
Rarely, to me, is a tt more attractive when compared to its full gold counterpart. As much as I love the tt bluesy, the full yg version is nicer looking. But when it comes to the new rg gmt chnr...I think the TT version is nicer than the full gold version. I think it’s because the bezel gets washed out sitting up against an entire rg watch where as the tt has ss which draws your eye to the chnr bezel. What r ur thoughts?
