Watch Winner Report: Frederique Constant Classics 315
Below you'll find a watch winner report from Caroline H., who was one of three lucky winners in the December 2012 watches-dealer Frederique Constant trip and watches giveaway. She was one of the second prize winners who received her own Frederique Constant watch of choice. Below you'll see her thoughts on her new Frederique Constant Classics 315 timepiece. Thanks to her and everyone else who participates in the monthly giveaways."Looking at FC's extensive collection and trying to choose one or two watches was extremely difficult! I wanted a woman's automatic, but I also wanted some complication or special display that I wasn't likely to acquire any other way (at least until I won another contest at watches-dealer). In short, I could hardly wait to see which of my four very different watch choices Frdrique Constant would select for me. Explorer1 over polished?
HelloThis is my first post on this forum and I would like some opinions regarding the polishing level of an Explorer.I am considering on purchasing an Explorer 1. The seller says that they have polished the watch but I am worried that it might be over polished. According to the pics that the seller has posted up, the reflections in the bezel seem to be skewed a little? I am not sure if this is normal or if its due to bad polishing.I would appreciate it if someone could provide some insight. Thank you in advance.
What Rolex to buy post Airking /Milgauss
I currently own a new Airking and Milgauss 116400 Black Dial and would like to either sell both and upgrade or sell the Milgauss and change it for a slightly superior Rolex. Please could the forum advise what they would chose for a stainless steel model which is a class above the Airking and Milgauss. I would go for the iconic. Submariner purely because my father has one and I dont want to replicate this.Any ideas would be grateful although the ceramic Daytona is nearly impossible to purchase at list price.
