Blancier Grand Cru Watch With Nespresso Capsule Dial
Eat your heart out Omega, there is a new George Clooney watch out there! Clooney might be a face for Omega timepieces, but Europeans are more likely to associate his visage with quick espressos as the man is always drinking Nespresso in their advertising. Watch maker Blancier has a new collection of watches called the Grand Cru which have dials made of used Nespresso capsules. Yea, that is about as appealing as it sounds.While most people in the United States love their coffee, Europe is all about the espresso shot - and everyone loves their Nespresso machine. It uses colorful aluminum capsules (different colors are different types of ground coffee beans or flavors) for each shot of liquid energy. Once they are used, the capsules needs to be thrown away - even though you can technically recycle them. 16710 Prices
Hi All, I got a 2004 16710 pepsi with the full works about 2 years ago and got it serviced by Rolex UK, in total about ?3500 including the service (Yes I know they were just over ?2200 new!). My question is about values - around the time I got mine, dealers were asking ?5000 then over a few months that increased to around ?6000. It seems crazy money - and now seems to have settled at about that level. What are peoples thoughts on why, and what may happen next? It's not like it was just discontinued a year or two ago!

The Daysjust and Day-Date have a ginormous variety of versions, which includes: different sizes, many different dial colours, and a vast number of other options. Overall, there are dozens upon dozens of different Datejust and Day-Date models.This begs the question: why are other Rolex models, many of which are arguably even more iconic than the Datejust and Day-Date (such as the Submariner), not given this same type of treatment? I think it would be wonderful if, for example, the Submariner could be had in 38mm and with a multitude of different dial and bezel options. Does anyone know why this disparity exists between two Rolex models and the rest of them? Let's discuss
