At SIHH, Piaget will debut the new Emperador Coussin Tourbillon Automatic Ultra-Thin. This piece sets a new record for the world's thinnest self-winding tourbillon watch, measuring a mere 10.4mm thick. It is a showcase of Piaget’s unique skills in the field of ultra-thin watchmaking and the brand’s desire to develop innovative and creative complicated calibers. Throughout its history, Manufacture de Haute Horlogerie Piaget has constantly pursued its groundbreaking work in the highly technical field of ultra-thin movements. Of a total of 29 movements developed by Piaget, the new Calibre 1270P is the 17th ultra-thin mechanism. why do some places call it Rose gold 44mm and other pink gold 4mm - ROO

The new 42mm PO is very nice, should make for a great EDC piece. This will be a serious contender for me personally as I've moved off my new Rolex pieces for now and sticking to my vintage and semi-vintage ones. I think the MSRP for the regular black version on ss bracelet is something like $5,800. If anyone has good dealer connections on Omegas, please PM me.

Thanks to many of you and especially Puffy for his awesome pictures of this watch - and then Stevo for having his on when I visited Melbourne last week...That really pushed me over the edgeOf course (as ever) thanks to DSWThe watch is incredible on the wrist - We don't have Patek here in Perth so it took a trip over east to Melbourne for me to realize just how intricate the detail is.There is something very, very special about this piece - Of course, as my first ever Patek it holds a bigger place in my heart already.
