Hexa K500 + Q500 Review
When considering Hexa's dive watches, you immediately have to decide whether or not you are down with the crown being located between the 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock markers. It's not a conventional placement, but it's also not on the part of the watch that might dig into your hand a bonus in my book. It's a bold design decision and since I applaud messing with convention, count me in.But if you are that sensitive in general, the Hexa probably isn't for you. These watches definitely go better with the guy who drives a F150, not for the guy who carries a copy of "Pride and Prejudice" in his back pocket. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Now that the elephant in the room has been addressed, let's get to total package. Ordering exotic straps from OCONUS
Greetings all,I apologize if this question has been asked. I am interested in purchasing some exotic straps (gator, etc) from overseas and had a few questions I'm hoping some of the experts can help me on..1. Will the exotic straps make it thru US customs? If not, I'll just order CONUS.2. If I purchase exotic straps, am I contributing to the demise of any endangered species, if so then forget question 1. Leather it is.thanks for your help.Joe
WG Sub or WG GMTII ?
Hey Guys , Trying to decide between the Smurf ( WG sub 116619LB ) or the WG GMT II ( 116719 BLRO) !For background I own SS white Daytona ( old non ceramic model ) and black SS sub ( 116610LN ).Anyway tried both on at AD and preferred the Smurf but the the AD said I should get the GMT seeing at I already owned a Sub and this would provide some variety to my collection. I have always drooled over the smurf so I kind of know the answer but wanted to hear the opinions of fellow fanatics. Thanks in advance for opinions.
