Zenith Pilot Montre d'Aeronef Type 20 GMT 1903 Watch Celebrates The Wright Brothers
110 years ago today Wilbur and Orville Wright achieved the first self-powered flight of an aircraft with their plane named "Flyer." That was on December 17th, 1903 in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. In honor of this occasion, Swiss watchmaker Zenith has released a new limited edition aviator watch as part of their Pilot collection know as the Pilot Montre d'Aeronef Type 20 GMT 1903, and I never thought I'd be writing about the Wright Brothers twice in less than a week. Just a few days ago US-based Shinola released The Wright Brothers limited edition watches.While Shinola watches made in Detroit are technically more closely related to the Wright Brothers being made in relatively nearby Ohio where the Wright Brothers were from and also being made in the USA, I'd personally prefer this Zenith. I've always been a big fan of Rolex and I've always coveted a YG Day Date. And still do. I went to an omega boutique and tried on the day date YG constellation and was very impressed. I've kind of been obsessing over it. Does anyone have both and what are your thoughts?

Where to find an old style "beads of rice" goldplate bracelet for 1960s Seamaster DV?
A family member who knows I have taken an interest in 1960s Omega Seamaster watches has given me his Seamaster De Ville (I think it is a 166.0020). Presently it has an after market bracelet.I would like to try to find as good of condition as possible OEM bracelet for it. Anyone have any idea where I might be able to find a good condition 1037 (the 9 row) beads of rice bracelet (gold plated)?I have looked at a few that are described as very good condition on eBay and most look really terrible. As a result I am hoping to find a source for this other than taking my chances on eBay.
