ArtyA Son Of Sound: The High-End Guitar Watch
In the last year Swiss art watch brand ArtyA has transformed itself from extremely avant garde "creative" watches to something like this guitar head-shaped Son of Sound collection. The brand was once about just creating totally one-of-a-kind watches that combined the work of an artist and watch maker. The "piece unique" moniker was more a result of that production style versus an effort. For example if you take a steel case and "deface" it (as founder Yvan Arpa liked to say) with electricity and machines by hand, no two cases are going to look alike (i.e. "piece unique"). Thematically, ArtyA watches contained everything from fossilized dinosaur feces to human blood and actual butterfly wings.Meeting with Mr. Arpa is always (always) a treat. removing buckle from AP novelty
Hey everyone, So I recently bought a white rubber strap for my AP 44mm novelty. I also bought a AP bands changing tool, and I was able to easily remove and reattach the straps. Where I ran into problems was with removing the buckle. Anyone has any advice on this?I followed these instructions:.watchprosite/?page=wf...803&pi=6846988But was not able to remove the buckle no matter how hard I pushed it

GMT Master 2 bracelet links
Hi guys, wanted to seek some clarification. First off, I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed before. My 116713 is dated 2015, and I bought it pre-owned from a direct owner. I counted 12 links on my 116713LN bracelet, as per pictures attached below. However, I've read on forums and my friends who own the GMT series as well 116710LN, BLNR, all seem to have 13 links on theirs. Any GMT owners out there reading this thread? How many links do you have in total? I did read on a forum that older GMT's come with 12 links, newer ones come with 13. However I can't find any proof to that just yet. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I looked up the oyster bracelet model number, 78203 and it shows to have 13 links. As of now, I seem to be missing one link. Would appreciate any help on this, thanks.

Regretting the rolex i chose????!!
About a month ago i got myself a new TT daytona (116503) at the rolex Butique. It was a impulsive purchase but don't get me wrong it is a beautiful watch to own and wear. Today i passed trough a rolex Butique and decided to take a look just to kill some time, when i saw and tried on the rose gold Day-date 40 in olive green dial, I completely fell in love. Im now thinking of selling my most recent daytona to partially help me fund this day-date. After asking for opinions from friends and family if i should keep or replace my daytona let me just say its 50/50, and its very hard for me to decide. Let me just clarify that i am a casual dresser, 28 years old and not in office environment where i need to be formally dressed.
