Full Pave: A Collection Of Diamond-Studded Swiss Watches
It wasn't until I needed to go ring shopping did I really learn to appreciate diamonds. As a guy, I just always assumed diamonds were for women. Sure some men have diamond rings and earrings - but that hardly represents the norm, at least here in the United States. Diamonds are a sure-fire sign of wealth, but they also represent the most basic and arguably unsophisticated form of luxury features - being really shiny. Though it does help their cause that diamonds are inherently rare. What I do however love, are watches. So what happens when you combine these two things? The "full pave" (or totally diamond covered) watch in the United States is often a simple code for "I have too much money, and perhaps not as much taste." While jealousy might have something to do with those thoughts, it is true that simply covering something normal with diamonds is a less than difficult (albeit expensive) way of adding luxury. That would be ignoring a lot of the really nice diamond covered watches out th
Flip a seamaster 300 for Tudor Black Bay?
Hi guys,I am thinking of flipping my seamaster pro 300 (bought brand new in 2012, with ceramic bezel) for a red bezel black bay. Mainly because I have grown tired of its looks, and I prefer to have a watch without date. Now would this be considered taking a step back since1. The seamaster has a somewhat 'in house' movement compared to the ETA in BB2. The seamaster has a ceramic bezel3. The seamaster has a date complicationEven so, the looks of the BB is really growing on me. And not to mention those hands are definitely more legible than the puny skeleton hands. And last but not least, getting a brand new watch is always exciting. So should I? Or is it a really silly thing to do? Has anyone ever done such a flip and regretted? Please can I have your inputs thanks!
Speedy Pro "Tintin" has arrived...
Hey all,Well, despite the lack of love for the Speedy Pro Racing dial known as the Tintin, I've been hooked on it since it was announced. I first saw it in London about a year ago but held off due to other recent buys. Well, the fire was stoked again recently...even more so when I found it was already out of production. When I started to re-research it, I found very little info likely due to the ugly reviews...including some on here. Well, the dial sung to me and I had a real hunch that it would play well on a NATO. I really dislike the Speedy Pro bracelet and feel it draws one's eyes away from this pretty, painted dial. I've had her on my wrist for 4 days straight since arrival!Look for her on fratellowatches this coming week as my new piece will be featured. Enjoy some pics...maybe they'll change your mind a little. :)MikeSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is warranty card important when consider buying a pre owned Rolex watch ?
I am looking to buy a kinda vintage Rolex ( 16710 GMT ) K serial number, but the seller doesn't have boxes or paperwork anymore. But the watch do have a Rolex service warranty card. It is price well below the one with complete boxes and paper.
