Voutilainen GMR Watch For 2015
One of my favorite independent watch makers, Mr. Kari Voutilainen, is coming out with at least one new watch this year, and it is the beautiful new Voutilainen GMR as a limited edition of just 12 pieces. The Voutilainen GMR (I believe it is named as such because it combines a GMT function with a power reserve indicator) is a gorgeous addition to the Voutilainen family, combining welcome and familiar aesthetics with a new dark dial which just hints at sportiness.The Voutilainen GMR more-or-less takes the Voutilainen GMT-6 (hands-on here) and adds a power reserve indicator while changing up the GMT indicator a bit. What makes the Voutilainen GMR so useful is that it both allows the wearer to know when to wind the watch, as well as offering a second time zone via the GMT hand. I caught the bug
Maybe getting a little watch crazy and thought I'd sit on sidelines for a while and enjoy but, these three now have my attention. I'm not sure if it's the brown colors or just what. I've already traded my YG Daytona with blue face and thought I'd happy with my last two Daytonas but, this new one does have my attention. I don't own a Patek YET but, again this brown themed Aquanaut also has my attention but a little on the formal side (also considering the stainless/black strap). I never have considered the OffShore but, the new Safari has my attention....and of all things, the Omega Dark Side of the Moon looks nice too. Three of the four obviously are in a different price bracket and I can only wear one at a time even with current collection.What say the gallery?

Gold slytech??
Can anyone shed some light on this rumor?? I have heard that there was a single 47mm Slytech Luminor Submersible in 18k (yellow or rose) gold... and of course it's in Sly's possession... there's only one.Can anyone confirm this, and if so show a pic or a link to this. Thanks

Expedited service at RSC?
Does anyone know if it's possible to expedite service at the RSC? I ask because my 1 week old Sub needs to be serviced since it's running at -7 sec/day. My AD will cover the shipping costs to RSC since it's a brand new watch (but will not replace it), however, I'm not happy with losing 4-6 weeks. Can an AD request RSC to expedite servicing?
