Thoughts re: the White Ceramic Diver
Hi All,I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. I'm a longtime AP fan. I currently own a Rubberclad and a 15400. I want to add a diver. The steel and the black ceramic are discussed here often. I was wondering if anyone here owns the white version? I know people say it looks like a G-Shock. (I have a white G-Shock and wear it often). I thought it was good looking, but just OK until I saw it in person. Then I was smitten... The finish is amazing.I welcome any thoughts or opinions. And any wrist shots would be much appreciated.Thank you!Best wishes,Dave

I did it. Second Patek in a month
Well I just got my second Patek a few days ago, a 5167. Got my first one a 5711 less than a month ago. I would say it's some kind of record, but I know these forums are filled with many sick individuals, so I'm sure it's no big deal for most of you. I started a thread a few weeks ago asking your thought between having the Nautilus, Daytona C and a submariner vs an Aquanaut. I ended up buying the aqua without seeing it first in person. When I got it, it blew me away. It's waaaay better than what photos show, I just love it. Now I have to sell the SubC. Here are some quick photosSent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
Auction weekend in Geneva: AMAZING
Hello, I went for the first time to this event (Philips, Christie's and Sotheby's). One word: AMAZING Let the pictures speak for itself and enjoy the madness! And the famous Rolex 'auction records':We were still hungry and went to the Patek boutique Geneva...
Rounded edges
Hello hello,I want to bring in my 2008 Submariner 16610 for first serice: fresh up the case and service the movement. The watch is in very nice condition. Just some buffs here and there but nothing serious. Mostly the bracelet got a bit dull. I really want it to look shiny and new again! (I won't ever sell this one).> Will it return with rounded off edges or won't I be able to see any noticeable differences to sharp lines and overal aesthetics? What can I expect? Please share your honest opinion. Of course I won't consult an indie third-party handyman. Only RSC.I see a lot of pre 2010 Subs and GMT's with rounded off edges. Ok... Most of them are easily 10-15 years old and maybe they had been danged up heavily and had few services. But it makes me anxious!! Can someone maybe share/link pictures of RSC jobs? So I can see what to expect.Thank you
